Life Celebrants International™ provides professional training for those who feel called to serve families through meaningful, personalized funeral and life celebration ceremonies.

This live workshop equips participants with the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to support grieving families with compassion and care. You will learn how to build respectful relationships, gently guide families through planning a ceremony, and create services that truly reflect the life being honoured.

Participants will explore the role of ceremony in healing, practice public speaking in a supportive environment, and receive coaching to build confidence before leading their first service. You will also learn how to offer words of comfort that resonate with families and guests alike.

What to Expect

This is a highly interactive workshop. Participants can expect storytelling, guided discussion, role-playing, and hands-on work with real-life case scenarios drawn from actual celebrant and funeral service experiences.

Training takes place over three full days, with opportunities to engage with others, practice public speaking in a supportive environment, and receive practical coaching throughout.

Upon successful completion of the program and final assignment, participants will be certified as Funeral Celebrants and credentialed to offer their services to funeral homes and families with confidence and professionalism.
