George Barry Hamann has been a licensed funeral director in the Hampton Roads area since 1996, and has had the honor of serving many families in their most difficult times. He has worked for several funeral homes and has gained a diversified understanding of many cultures, faiths and communities. George currently manages a funeral home in a small community and enjoys spending time with his family and writing poetry. “I wanted to grow even further in my faith and my profession. When the opportunity came about to become a Certified Life Celebrant, I saw an opportunity not only to grow as an individual but to add an additional facet to my service to my community.”
