Rueckert, Alvin

I spent most of my adult career in sales with an international outdoor equipment manufacturer.  Although my position was gratifying, I felt that I needed to pursue another avenue, so I pursued a dream and became an ordained minister at the age of fifty.  Within my duties as a minister, I was asked to officiate over a number of funerals.  It was through this work that I found a passion of walking with and assisting people and families in their darkest hours.  To grow in my ability to serve people I decided to take the Life Celebrants International course with Todd Reinholt.  The impact this course had on me personally was overwhelming.  Since taking this course it has opened my eyes to so many ways to help and work with people in their time of grief and loss.  Thank you, Todd, I appreciated you sharing your experiences and passion.  I now look forward to working with as many individuals as possible in their darkest hours and possibly providing some comfort and peace.
